- It is necessary for our Company to carry out personal data processing activities for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the personal data owner or another person, and in this case, the personal data owner is unable to express their consent due to factual impossibility or legal invalidity,

- It is foreseen in the laws that the processing of special categories of personal data other than the health and sexual life of the personal data owner,

Your personal data processed within the scope of the stated purposes; In accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated in the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) and within the scope of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, personal data may be transferred domestically/internationally for the purposes of notification to public institutions, legal regulations, performance of contracts, related banks, emergency medical interventions and occupational health and safety obligations, hospitals and health institutions, within the framework of legal grounds and your consent. In line with its objectives, the company may transfer the personal data and special categories of personal data of the data subject to third parties abroad by taking the necessary security measures. Personal data is transferred by our company to foreign countries declared by the Personal Data Protection Authority as having adequate protection ("Foreign Country with Adequate Protection") or, in cases where adequate protection is not available, to foreign countries where the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country have undertaken adequate protection in writing and where the permission of the Personal Data Protection Authority is obtained ("Foreign Country with a Data Controller Undertaking Adequate Protection"). Our company acts in accordance with the regulations stipulated in Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

 

  1. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by our company and our commercial activities; however, it may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automated or non-automated methods, all accommodation documents, application forms and other documents related to transactions prepared with your consent and/or signature, our company units and departments, website, social media platforms, mobile applications and similar means. As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below, our Company will respond to the request, depending on the nature of the request, at the latest; It will be completed free of charge within 30 (thirty) days. However, if the response process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
  • Request information regarding the processing of their personal data if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Request information regarding the third party to whom their personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad. knowing the individuals,
  • Requesting the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and requesting that the action taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred
